Draftsman is the practice of strategist and designer, David Pilkenton.
David works intimately with an array of clients to create their dream ventures around food & beverage, real estate, hospitality, and wellness.
Through consulting, design, and creative direction, David’s work integrates the practical with the imaginative as he acts as a trusted guide - helping his clients to reach their business goals while crafting their dream vision with authenticity and purpose.
Since 2007, David’s work has been at the intersection of hospitality, design, food & beverage, and real estate.
He has creative directed, designed, and consulted on over a hundred projects, including restaurants, lounges, rooftop bars, boutique hotels, and retail shops across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
David holds a degree in architecture and is a commercially (NCIDQ) Certified Interior Designer.
